The best level to get this one would obviously be 1-1.
Remember that you do not need to kill anything or nothing. Shoot things that are in your way, don't jump up and hit something to destroy it. Make sure to kill the Death Probes as soon as you can, as their homing bullets can be quite hard to evade.
Do not attempt this with any other achievement, as this one alone is hard enough.
