Block the gaps over the water and stop the fleas from getting to the finish with another block. Send the fleas backwards to bite away the block then block the fans so the fleas drop onto a surface over the water (Must add blocks). A flea will then fly up the balloon to the pad above, add a block infront of the portal so the flea does not go in, then it will push the lever destroying the golden blocks.
