To survive the first wave of aliens, run forward until you come to the first door on the left, then run to the bottom of that room to the door, and in the room you come to should be a C.R.A.G. you must use this to defeat the aliens that attack you. Then travel to the right of the map through the mini-hive to get the railgun, and you find the autogun near the end of the level.
