This achievement can be easily obtained by using the following tactics.
Use box formation and put a tank and hotshot in the forward line, and ranger with elite (preferably with ranger + hotshot clone) in the backline. The tank can score by doing a header from the hotshot. The hotshot and elite can score by doing a normal hotshot shot. The ranger can score by either luring the goalie or lobbing it in the goals (takes a bit of luck).
NOTE: If your opponent resigns, you WILL NOT get this achievement.
