It will likely take a while after level 10 is completed for the possibility to present itself; you should just place shapes right after level 10, hoping to get lucky with the shapes. It is possible if you are lucky on a level where you, for example, are not able to place the colour square shapes, you just have to be lucky and have those shapes not appear.
