Getting this achievement may require a few tries to succeed, and can be annoying.
- A very effective way is to trap large groups of humans in corners, splitting your zombies to guard the exits evenly, and "push" in your zombies to assimilate humans. This gets more easy every zombie you assimilate. Try to cover your zombies evenly around the humans so they can't excape as easily.
- Another idea that should always be used when ever possible, is when you have mass amounts of zombies (30 to 50, depending on your skill level), send small groups of 2-5 zombies to various locations. Spreading out your zombies makes assimilating the final humans much more easy. Leaving some in corners is also very useful.
- A final, good, tactic is to get a large group (over 50) zombies, scare all humans to one half of the stage, make a "barricade" of a few zombies and attack with the remaining zombies. Some humans will usually escape, just trap them in corners.
You can try to use all three of these strategys at once. This is difficult to master, but if done right, you can get all the humans almost every time.
